The domestic demand has picked up due to good mansoon and feel good factor in the last two quarters of this financial year. However, one has to keep in mind that, if exports of steel gets affected, excess material available will put lot of pressure on prices in the Domestic market. While one could only predict that on short term basis gains are there for your Company, on long term basis, steel scenario will continue to be uncertain in terms of rate of growth of margins. Your Company has come a long way to reach this stage of feel good and better performance but still has to go a long way to achieve position of high and consistent strengths. EXPORT & DOMESTIC SALES : Your company is now exporting to 89 countries worldwide and the present export levels are 70% of the total production. Your company had taken wise steps of making trial supplies of Galvanised products as well CR products in China markets which had established our products very well and we are really reaped the benefits of this. We have by now exported our products into China market both for Galvanised & Cold Rolled products and your company is one of the highest exporters into China market which fortunately also gives the best prices. Another new market which has been developed during the financial year is Australia alongwith New Zealand where after making trial supplies of our Galvanised products, we have got our product very well accepted in these markets. We intend to continue maintaining our presence on continued basis in Australia and New Zealand markets. Our revamping and upgradation of old Galvanising line and debottlenecking of production process have been completed timely which is giving the benefits in terms of improved quality and product range. I
am extremely happy and proud to announce that your Company has been selected
